First visit since the move, 2026.10 Came in around 15:30 on Saturday, luckily with no wait I felt the ramen broth might be a little under-extracted (not concentrated enough, watery)? But I guess it was fairly acceptable It's mellow and tastes good with garlic added I got the spinach topping, and they added loads, so ◎ As everyone has written, the operations are a bit worrying Someone was seated before me, but for some reason my ramen came out first, which was awkward… (we both ordered firm noodles) Then there were tables that hadn't been wiped, delays in showing people to their seats, and various other things… I think these things might resolve themselves over time once the staff get used to things… Maybe the atmosphere has changed a little from before? The ramen has potential I'm hopeful for the future! Keep it up! 🍜

This is just my personal opinion, but no matter how many times I eat here, I still think this is the best Iekei ramen in 吉祥寺.
