The staff were very polite and nice! Very fast service as well. The broth was okay, i asked to be made spicy but it barely was. The noodles were very thin and a little soggy. Did not enjoy them as much. Not enough toppings, you can add them yourself but it will cost you a lot. ¥1000 for an empty ramen is too much.
View on GoogleA local recommended this place and it was spot on. Great place for late night ramen. I ate half portion with the original soup, then added the chilli powder for the second half. The original soup was tasty, and the chilli powder enhanced the flavour further and gave it a spicy kick. Staff were very polite and service was good.
View on GoogleI think people forget this shop's recipe remains largely unchanged from 1938 - 87 years ago! I can only imagine the minds blown by the incredible porky taste back then. At first, I didn't really jive with the thin, almost instant noodle-ish noodles, but the more I ate here....the noodles in combination with the soup, the toppings, and the decent pricing - I became addicted by its indescribable comforting taste. Tip: When you're about halfway through and feel tired of the heavy taste, use the vinegar on the table for a refreshing taste!
View on GoogleGood ramen, one of the best in the area. Cheap, 600 yen for a large bowl.
View on GoogleSize/value is good. Taste is on the mild side, topping variety for the basic ramens are limited. Pork is a bit dry.
