Chicken buttery curry rice was good but the amount was very less though
View on GoogleVery poor menu but their food is delicious and reasonably priced. I would expect something better though.
View on GoogleI bought the capybara tapioca drink. The marshmallow comes separately, but the person at the kiosk handed it to me, saying, “Let the little capybara swim first, please.” The marshmallow is very well made and actually delicious, so it's a shame it's only available until August 25.
View on GoogleThis kiosk is inside the main grounds of Inokashira Park Zoo. It sells light meals, desserts, drinks, and more. It is directly in front of the enclosure where Hanako-chan, the Asian elephant who was the oldest in Japan and has since passed away, used to live. Besides sandwiches, curry, bento, yakisoba, and fries, they also have ice cream and other items. There are a fair number of tables, but it gets crowded at lunchtime. Especially on weekends. Trees surround the tables, and crows up above and pigeons around your feet wander about looking for food, so I think it's best not to leave your seat with food unattended.
View on GoogleThe menu itself is typical of a tourist attraction, with small, expensive portions, but… It's a special place where you can drink beer from a cup designed by Naoko Kitamura in memory of 「はな子」, the Asian elephant who officially arrived at the zoo on 1954年3月5日 and passed away on 2016年5月26日.
