We enjoyed delicious food and heartfelt service in the calm, rustic interior.
View on GoogleOnly lunch menus from 3000円 are displayed at the entrance, but when I went in on a weekday, there was also a 1800円 petite lunch menu. (I don't know if it's available on holidays too.) The first salad had sweet tomatoes that even I, a tomato hater, could eat, which made me happy The vichyssoise was plump and glossy and delicious too The main, sautéed sea bass with mushroom sauce, was perfectly cooked and salted, which made me so happy. The vegetables were cooked and salted just right to really bring out their flavors, and were delicious. The gentleman serving and the female chefs were all refined, and the atmosphere was truly calm and relaxing. It was a peaceful space with only local ladies. I'd like to come try the other dishes too
View on GoogleA renowned Kichijoji restaurant serving delicious French food at reasonable prices♪ It's a 3–4 minute walk from Kichijoji Station on the JR Chuo and Keio Inokashira lines. The restaurant is inside a building, with about 3 steps at the building entrance (a handrail on the right). Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, and when you step out, lots of wine is lined up^^b Inside, it's calm and stylish. But rather than feeling like a luxury restaurant, it seems like somewhere to enjoy food and wine in a relaxed atmosphere. The courses let you try a variety of seasonal ingredients, so I think they're enjoyable. Drinks are mainly wine, but beer, aperitifs, digestifs, and soft drinks are also available. Wine prices seem reasonable too, with bottles starting around 5000円. Also, if you order a course costing 5400円 or more per person, the corkage fee is waived. They're particular about ingredients and actively use vegetables from Yoshida Farm, which is well known in Mitaka. Table seating only. The staff provide good service, they use good ingredients, and the food is delicious. It's good for dates, but also enjoyable for small gatherings or wine tastings where you bring your own wine.
View on GoogleWhen I used to live in Kichijoji, I somehow always passed this restaurant by. I visited for the first time today and regretted not coming before. I had time, so I stopped for a drink at Starbucks first, then ordered the light lunch set for 1300円. The salad presentation alone lifted my spirits⤴︎ The pickles were gently seasoned with restrained acidity, and the salad seasoning was exquisite; I thought I could eat a whole bowl without getting tired of it. It came with two slices of delicious, fatty marinated autumn salmon, and even seaweed laid beneath the salmon, such attention to detail. The round rye bread was warm too They said it was roasted eggplant soup Made without sparing any effort, it had a subtle roasted aroma. The main was sea bass. A beautiful plate with vivid colors✨ None of the vegetables were overly soft, and the fish was plump and delicious. Normally I'd expect dessert to be sorbet at most, but instead there was mango pound cake with a sauce containing pieces of fruit. Together with delicious coffee, it left me feeling happy. As I ate, I kept wondering, is this really 1300円? Their refusal to cut corners made me a fan. The restaurant shows its age, but infection precautions are thorough and it's kept neat and clean. The server was pleasant too, and it's a place I'd like to visit again soon.
View on GoogleI visited for a bring-your-own-wine gathering. It was incredibly comfortable(^^)
