We went for the lunch course, which was 2200 yen + tax, including an appetizer, salad, bread, main course, dessert and drink. There were 6 main courses to select from (some incurring an added cost of up to 800 yen). I had the fish and my wife went with the Swedish meatballs. The atmosphere was homey, service friendly and attentive and all the dishes were presented nicely and were very tasty. Definitely a nice relaxing Sunday lunch in Kichijoji.
View on GoogleHubby took me there for my birthday. First time trying Scandinavian cuisine. The ingredients are fresh and nicely matched. The fish dishes are unexpectedly delicious and authentic. Their Icelandic lamb is very unique and beautifully roasted. Not gamey at all. The pudding is also very tasty. Recommend to anyone who wants to try Scandinavian food.
View on GoogleThe Swedish restaurant, Allt Gott, is near the center of Kichijoji and very easy to find. It's not such a big place (2nd floor), but the atmosphere is nice with Swedish decor. The dishes are quite good (Swedish chef) and the menu offers some interesting items: Swedish meat balls, pickled herring, various cooked fish and shrimp, salads, etc. with Swedish wines and beer. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the prices are a bit high. Last year, on Christmas Eve, we thought it appropriate to try the reindeer steak. It was a bit small, but very soft and tasty. I thought it might have best been served with a maraschino cherry on top so I could feel I was eating Rudolph. Anyway, I recommend Allt Gott for something different and delicious.
View on GoogleThey have one authenic swedish dish, meatballs. They have some slight variations of others, i was suprised they didnt have a swedish/english menue. the brown sauce to the meatballs is wrong. They use Janssons Frestelse with the meatballs, overall tasty and more authenic than other ”swedish” restaurants The Glögg is okey however they serve it in wrong glass making it hard to drink. Would be nice if they used right glass, added raisins and almonds to be more authenic They don’t offer any swedish desserts. the waitress tries to make you order more, i got alittle stressed when they question my order twice. It’s possible to buy lingonsylt, knäckebröd there.

The ambiance is sophisticated and charming, with a decor that transports you to Scandinavia. The menu features a variety of unique and delicious dishes that provide a wonderful opportunity to explore authentic Scandinavian flavors. The attention to detail in both the food and the setting creates an exceptional dining experience. If you're looking for something different and chic, this place is definitely worth a visit. Whether you're a fan of Nordic cuisine or just curious to try something new, you'll find this restaurant both enjoyable and memorable.
