Service is slow in the morning, huh. A large tanuki soba took 12 minutes. At the Tachikawa Saiwaicho branch, the staff are energetic, service is super fast, and they're thoughtful enough to open the chopstick box when serving your food! This place doesn't have that kind of atmosphere. Lol.
View on GoogleThe breakfast sets are really good value. Tamagoyaki set with the noodles changed to 1 full portion, ¥450. Cheap and filling. It's also nice that they occasionally run promotions handing out coupons for free side dishes. The natto breakfast set is delicious too. They use tasty natto from Sugaya Shokuhin in Ome. Visited after a long time, arriving before 6 in the morning. Lots of people waiting. It's helpful that they open so early. The natto set was delicious😁 Another visit. It had been quite a while, 2 years since my last visit😅 I had the natto and sausage set. They seem to offer fewer breakfast choices now, but it's nice that they're inexpensive and served quickly😃 Visited again after a while. I meant to get breakfast but chose the kakiage rice-bowl set instead. Delicious♪
View on GooglePlease don't go to this restaurant. Go to another Yamada Udon. Perhaps the udon had been boiled in advance; it had no firmness and was dry and crumbly. The rice with the mini Punch was so soft it should never have been served, like ojiya porridge with the rice grains dissolved. I wonder how they make fried rice; unless they cook the rice separately, it must be like kneading dumpling dough. The interior was not thoroughly cleaned either, with noodles lying on a chair. Furthermore, the staff refill the chopsticks while holding, gripping, and touching the tips with bare hands they have just used to touch their hair. Watching their behavior, they seem like people for whom even training would be pointless. Being unhygienic is taken for granted.
View on GoogleVisited alone around 7:30 on 2034/11/1 (Friday). There were 2 groups already there. I wanted a light breakfast. I had the “raw egg over rice (370円).” About 2 groups came in as I was leaving too. Simple raw egg over rice is nice.
View on GoogleAs expected of Yamada Udon, the soul and heart of Saitama. I was delighted by the portions and prices, which exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the meal. Sorry the photo is upside down.
