Price: Cheap. Especially the large and extra-large portions, the value for money is extraordinary. Soup: Honestly, I didn't expect much, but it's a well-balanced and delicious flavor. It complements the noodles. Noodles: As expected from a noodle factory. Even though the noodles aren't thick, they have a chewy texture and the flavor of the noodles themselves is delicious. Definitely coming back. Overall rating: Perfect, no complaints. A guaranteed hit for lunch after visiting the nearby hot spring. I want to try the soba and udon next time. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleDirect from the noodle factory, so there's no doubt. The ticket machine only takes old 1000 yen bills, but they will exchange them for you. Tempura is fried after you order. The flavor is strong, but since it's topped with a soft-boiled egg, it balances out perfectly.
View on GoogleI happened to pass by and went in, and it was very good. A shop that serves udon, soba, and ramen. You can also buy onigiri. The udon and buckwheat flour are domestically sourced. They advertise that they use no additives and it was written that they use products from Fukushima-ya, which is also in Seijo Ishii in Hamura. I ordered the meat udon dipping noodles (regular) for 800 yen; there was plenty of meat, the Kanto-style dipping sauce was rich, and the udon was thick, perhaps classified as Musashino udon. Before eating, I thought the portion might be a bit small, but because each strand is thick, it's very satisfying. An elderly male employee served us efficiently and was very pleasant. They also sold fresh noodles, so I bought some. It was 110 yen per bag including tax. By the way, the restroom was kept very clean, which also left a good impression.
View on GoogleThe value for money was very good and the atmosphere like a popular diner was comfortable" A combination of a mini bowl and soba or udon for under 1000 yen is, in my opinion, excellent value. I chose the mini tendon for the bowl, and it was very delicious. It goes without saying that it was freshly fried, and the oil was light and easy to eat. The ingredients sourced from the famous Hamura supermarket Fukushima-ya were all delicious. Since it used to be a 7-Eleven, the entrance is barrier-free, but even if you can enter in a wheelchair, it's a bit difficult to use. The structure is basically about 80% counter seating, and there are only two small tables for two people.
View on GoogleTamura Seimenjo is a diner managed directly by a noodle factory in Mizuho Town, Tokyo. This shop, where you can enjoy handmade udon and soba, is characterized by its chewy texture and smooth throat feel. The "Tamura Udon" and "Tamura Soba" are especially popular and are offered in limited quantities daily. Side menus such as tempura and onigiri are also well-stocked and reasonably priced. It was my second visit in a long time, and I had the mini bowl set. The mini bowl set is a set of handmade udon and a mini curry bowl. The udon is decent, and it's nice to be able to eat it easily!
