The kamoseiro I ordered was delish😋😍
View on GoogleI searched for a nearby shop because I had business at the town hall and found it. The interior is about 12 tatami mats, a quiet shop like a hideaway. The texture of "Tsurun, Puchi... Purun" is irresistible. I like soft ones, but is this what is called firmness...? (Sorry for the lack of experience). You might think the shop is small, but the tables are clean and I think it's an old-fashioned shop. It's just that when I arrived, the signboard was large so it helped, but it was hard to tell if it was open. There was a car in front of the door, was it a customer's? I would feel safe to enter if the open sign was also easy to see.
View on Google【Super delicious stone-ground hand-milled soba】 A shop marked by an old warehouse. If you are lucky, you can eat new soba. This is a shop where you can eat delicious soba with a firmness that is rarely tasted at a low price. The recommendations are "sesame sauce soba" and "zaru soba" where you can taste the goodness of the ingredients. I ate plenty of delicious soba with new soba. I used it with my wife and children. It happened to be my wife's birthday, so I was very satisfied. There are also customers who come from far away. This is a shop that can be called a famous soba shop after a long time. Mizuho-machi has many delicious soba shops, but this might be the best among them. In terms of price, it seems I can come more than once a week, so I plan to come a lot. New Year's soba is also recommended. ※Number of seats: There are about 4 tables in the shop, up to 16 people can sit. ※Parking: Cars, about 4-5 cars can be parked right in front.
View on GoogleI felt it was delicious from the moment I opened the lid of the nabeyaki udon. I'm happy that there are pickles and rice as a set ☺️ Repeat.
View on GoogleLunch time in Mizuho-machi, I looked for a soba shop and entered this one which has a parking lot. Maybe because it was almost 1 o'clock, the seats were empty. The order was a mini katsudon set 1100 yen. The katsudon is larger than the middle class rather than mini, and the tonkatsu and taste are pretty good. The soba is a flat and thin type, there is no firmness and the aroma is also little. The dipping sauce is not bad in taste, but I felt an aroma that is not a bonito flake type in the aroma of the broth, and that was not my preference.
