Ordered the miso tsukemen and fried rice - both delicious! The owners were so sweet and the restaurant had an overall cozy vibe.
View on GoogleThis is ramen shop specialized for Miso ramen. They serve very basic miso ramen. The Chasiu was very soft and tasty. Miso soup is the one that we imgine as "Miso ramen". The noodle itself was also very good. The shop it self is not big and it's mainly counter. They prepare parking area. So you can come here by car.

View on Google『味噌らーめん+バター+半分餃子(¥720+120+200)』... So, today I dropped by here for the first time in aaages♪ A casual check of the nostalgic 『超らーめんナビ』 showed it had been almost 20 years... And apparently the very first review was actually mine...(LOL) I remembered having 『いしる醤油のらーめん』, their top recommendation back then, on my previous visit, so this time I decided to go for miso♪ The slightly rich miso broth wasn't as watery as I expected, and the super-soft, medium-thick noodles were pretty ( ゚Д゚) YUM♪... By the way, there was no sign of broth simmering, so maybe they dilute a homemade concentrated miso sauce with hot water!?... If so, this consistency certainly wasn't bad—in fact, it was tasty...(haha) As for the meat topping (1 slice), I could tell at a glance it needed heating to taste good, so I submerged it in the broth to eat later... I ate it at the end, and it was tender with just the right meaty texture and tasted good♪ There were only a few vegetables: bean sprouts and 1~2 pieces of cabbage... I think there was wakame too, but so little it barely registered...(haha) Added butter is usually essential for watery broth, but I needn't have ordered it this time. Still, it made the broth quite rich, so it was a reasonably good call♪... Finished all the broth without relying on the pepper & chili powder on the table♪ And the gyoza were definitely handmade... The filling was one step away from the paste-like texture I dislike, so it just barely passed♪ Size-wise, they were slightly larger than usual... But cooking them on a piping-hot iron plate took the flavor up 1~2 levels♪ I could easily have managed a full serving of 6, actually...(haha) The kitchen was run by the owner and his wife, both getting on in years... He handled gyoza 8 parts and ramen 2 parts, then sat in the customer seating absorbed in the TV... Meanwhile, his wife handled ramen 8 parts, then busied herself with prep, cleaning up, and so on—the familiar (?) working routine of an elderly couple in a marital rut... But their service & greetings were quite nice♪...(haha) I'd like to come back if the timing works out♪
View on GoogleI had 半ちゃん味噌ラーメン. The half portion of fried rice had egg and chopped char siu, with nicely separated grains. The miso ramen had a gentle flavor. The char siu was outstanding. The counter tabletop is made from a single slab of wood and is worth seeing. The bicycle parking fits 3 bicycles. It's on the corner of the intersection across the road from the bank. Please identify it from the photos.
