中華そば専門店びんびん亭瑞穂店@Hakonegasaki Chashumen ¥1050, half fried rice ¥400 First visit to びんびん亭, a Hachioji ramen place along Route 16🔰 The quite concentrated broth combines with plenty of lard for a punchy result. The fresh feel of the chopped onion is nice, but the saltiness is fairly strong. The medium-thin straight noodles are smooth and bite cleanly, while the chashu is thinly sliced and low in fat but still moist. The half fried rice is so generous it's hard to believe it's “half”. Plenty of diced chashu, a somewhat moist finish, and robust seasoning. Neither the chashumen nor the fried rice is quite “too salty”, but both have bold seasoning with pronounced saltiness. For an older person, a little less salt would be appreciated,,, Thank you for the meal♪

While out briefly, I felt like having simple shoyu ramen, so I went to the familiar chain びんびん亭. It was my first visit to the Mizuho branch. Since it's along Route 16, it's hard to get to unless you're driving on the outer loop. The parking lot is large, and the interior is spacious too. Meal tickets are cash-only. The taste is the same as the main shop: classic Hachioji ramen. The broth looks dark but is light, while still satisfying to drink. The noodles are thin, with a snappy texture when freshly served. My spouse and I had a regular green onion and ajitama ramen and a large green onion chashu ramen.

My son said it was delicious and suggested we go eat there, so I visited for the first time. I ordered ramen with green onions and half fried rice. Even the half fried rice was larger than I'd expected, making me wonder whether 2 of us could finish it together. Thank you for the meal.

I love this ramen so much that I go every weekend when I can! Both the parking lot and the interior are spacious! The yakumi ramen has lots of onion, and the seasoned boiled egg topping is the best! The gyoza wrappers are fairly thin, and the filling is juicy! This time, when I bought take-home ramen, they said they only had peeled onions but included one, and it was big and beautiful! I was impressed by how close the take-home ramen tasted to what you eat in the shop!
