Ordered 味噌ネギバラチャーシュー for 1,180 yen, チャーシューとんとん for 980 yen, and ニラ餃子 for 580 yen. The portions are quite large and delicious. The prices are island prices, so I suppose that cannot be helped.

The only neighborhood Chinese restaurant in the Kamitsuki area. The flavors are strong, but it was delicious. Service is quick despite it being run by just a married couple. There are many kinds of ramen and set meals too, so just thinking about what to order next time is exciting.

When I ordered chashu ramen, I could not help exclaiming, “Wow! It looks like Hachioji ramen…” So the owner and his wife struck up a conversation, and I had a lovely time eating. Apparently they previously ran a ramen restaurant in western Tokyo.^^ For some reason my husband ordered shogayaki, though I really wanted him to try the ramen. Sob. It is delicious and worth visiting for a meal.

You can get decent ramen here on Miyakejima. I had Popeye ramen. They have set meals too. ーーーーーーー 2018/12/11 Had tanmen. It was ordinary. Perhaps the portion was slightly large. ーーーーーーー 2020/10/14 Had negi tantan. This is incredible! The amount of green onion is insane. Could there be more than noodles? What never seems to diminish no matter how much you eat is not the noodles, but the green onion!! I suspect the other negi xx dishes are similar, but the green onion alone seems to exceed １ portion of noodles. Finishing it became an ordeal. Even green onion lovers should beware.

A restaurant with service that is kind to locals and cold to tourists. If you order a large serving, they casually charge you for it even though it is not actually larger. They have dishes besides ramen, but things like shogayaki are salty.
