Amazing neighborhood ramen. Broth is so rich and delicious. Noodles have incredible texture and pork is so tender!

I stopped in for lunch after shopping at a nearby golf shop. I had the recommended 八蔵麺! It happens to be the kind of flavor I like, but the broth was the most exquisite of any ramen I've had lately♫ Soy sauce with pork back fat—fantastic. The chashu (the 3 visible slices) was also very tender, delicately flavored, and delicious. In the middle, hidden by the chopsticks, there was also some fall-apart, slightly spicy chashu that was excellent. The owner was really pleasant too(*･ω･) The curry ramen caught my interest, so I'd definitely like to visit again!

What a shame I hadn't visited this ramen shop for so long despite it being nearby. They had soy sauce and miso, but I chose miso ramen without hesitation. The pork back fat wasn't overwhelming, and the chashu was tender and really delicious! The conversation with the regulars was lively and fun too. The broth went down so easily that ordering rice might have trapped me in an endless loop, but I really held myself back today. I'm grateful they accept various QR-code payments as well as cash. I'll be back! Thank you for the meal!
