Drip seminars are held in the space next to the roaster, mainly on weekends. Open from 9 AM (Wed-Sun). We also have baked goods like pound cakes. Takeout and coffee bean sales are available. 10-minute bus ride from Mitaka Station, get off at Mitaka City Hall and walk 2 minutes. Paid parking is nearby. Our roastery cafe opened in 2023.

I personally love the coffee bean selection at this cafe. Their love of light roasts is right up my alley, especially their espresso mikan soda. It was paired well using Colombian beans which was bright , sweet, floral , and orangey. I will definitely be making another visit to their other shop in Kichijoji soon.
View on GoogleRather a challenge to describe this one. The big garage doors say warehouse, but there are about 25 backless seats at tables inside. That's about 1/3 of the space. Perhaps an eighth is a kitchen area. The back part is full of coffee equipment and some boxes that are probably beans. Two of the garage doors are open and it seems like they're using the air conditioner, which doesn't seem efficient. BGM started with "Cómo Lo Hacen" by Frankie Ruiz. Wi-Fi available on request, but the hard no-back seat limits how long I want to study here. Shelf with some coffee beans and related merchandise on the right side. Cookie was better than expected and the coffee was also quite tasty. Little card indicates it's from El Salvador. Details including the altitude around 1400 m? I'll call it a high 4 stars on the quality of the coffee and the unusual atmosphere.
View on Google[Large roaster, small lingering aftertaste] On the way back from errands in Mitaka, I stopped by lured by the aroma. It was a coffee shop with a large-scale roasting machine sitting proudly inside. ◆ Hot Coffee (Costa Rica) 600 yen Ordered with the request "less acidity". The acidity is mild, but the core of the richness is a bit thin. Should I have specified "low acidity, high richness"? However—despite the prominent presence of the roaster, the precision of the heat application conveyed from the cup is somewhat lacking. The sweetness and depth of the beans do not rise, making the charm of the roast difficult to see. Frankly speaking, my impression this time is that doubts remain regarding the skill.

View on GoogleWith the arrival of summer again this year, the popular seasonal drink "Espresso Mandarin Soda" is back. Carefully crafted into a syrup using rare Sanpokan citrus from Wakayama Prefecture, and finished with a seasonal single-origin espresso and light carbonation, it's a refreshing cup perfect for summer. A bright citrus aroma like an orange, and a juicy taste overflowing with fruitiness. The firm body and bitter aftertaste of the espresso tighten the sweetness, resulting in a deep flavor. In addition, the light mouthfeel of the sparkling brings pleasant coolness in the hot season, maintaining a balance that you won't get tired of until the last drop. Please enjoy a special summer experience at the store that lightly transcends common sense about coffee. I visited the "Light Up Coffee Mitaka Branch" that I've been curious about for a long time. I ordered the iced coffee of the day, which was Kiribi Rwanda. A pleasant fruity acidity and a red wine-like flavor were comforting, and the aroma and taste could be fully enjoyed even iced. This is a cup that I felt would surely be delicious hot as well. For souvenirs, I bought Las Trojas Guatemala beans. This time I tried grinding them a bit coarser, and it had a gentle acidity like black tea, making it very easy to drink. Since I don't have a scale yet, there was some variation in the amount of hot water, Taking this opportunity, I want to buy a scale and try various brewing methods! My impression is that it's a shop centering on transparent coffee ranging from light to medium roast. Since they also gave me brewing instructions, I can thoroughly enjoy it at home. Ideally, since I didn't have a mill on the go, I would have been happier if they could grind just a small amount for me. Even taking that into consideration, it was a wonderful coffee shop that makes me want to visit again. I'd like to try various other beans again!
