I've been curious about it for a while and finally went. Cheap and delicious. Cash only. Change seems to be short on 100 yen coins. Being a crispy dough fan, I was moved by the crispy crust! Butter sugar has a subdued butter feel, with a refreshing and light mouthfeel. The crunchiness of the sugar matches the crispy dough well. Even with butter sugar, those who prefer the exact opposite, butter-soaked chewy style, should go to Gelato Pique Cafe or Viron~ Places with crispy ones are few so it's precious. A few points that bothered me too. The waiting area before purchase is near the stairs. If you are somewhere else you won't be counted as waiting. For takeout you cannot eat on the spot. After purchase you need to leave the vicinity of the shop immediately. Also this is something I personally thought was a bit of a vibe I'm not fond of. The person who seems to be the manager, to put it nicely is quite frank, to put it bluntly is a bit rowdy (not that they have bad character, more like an athletic club vibe) They have that vibe towards both customers and employees, so people who dislike it might struggle with it? Not many people probably care about that though. It's not a shop that feels like a cute little crepe shop in town♪, so if you go expecting stylish crepe photos from Instagram there might be a gap.

I didn't quite understand where to line up, and while wandering around the premises including the attached cafe next door, people who came after me cut in front of my turn lol. Crepe with a rather crispy crust. Price and taste, nothing particularly noteworthy I guess... The building looks old, so I was faintly worried if it's okay hygienically.

Sigh. The crepes here are really delicious, but it's a shop that leaves me feeling disappointed every time I go. Going after a long time, I was told 3 times that there is a 1-hour limit, and when my child spilled a little water and I asked for an extra wet towel, they said 'Wet towels are 1 per person'... Also the water at the toilet sink barely comes out and takes a very long time, are they economizing? It was the first time at a cafe where I couldn't get an extra wet towel. The crepe is large and stains your mouth and hands quite a bit, so bringing your own is recommended. The customer service of the person baking has been cold for a while now, but the part-time floor staff also had no smiles, to the point that I wondered if that's the concept of the shop. Those seeking calm healing at a cafe are probably not suited for it. It's a shop that tells you to eat quickly and get out quickly.

It was a weekday with bad weather, but when I went right at opening there were already several people lined up. Takeout seems to be lined up tightly towards the apartment stairs. The lining-up method was somewhat posted on the side small window along with the menu. Might be unsettling if it's your first time. There is a notice not to eat nearby. Anyway, ordered the popular? sugar butter and custard. Below are my impressions. 〇 Sugar Butter Regarding the taste, it's not bad, but I saw it often on SNS and thought maybe I expected too much? To enjoy the dough's flavor, personally I thought a little less sugar would have been fine. The outside was crispy. 〇 Custard I heard the mille-feuilles are delicious so I chose this thinking it wouldn't miss. Indeed it was delicious. If I order again I'd choose this with less cream. Similarly the outside was crispy. Fortunately I didn't run into the customer service that people raised concerns about. The guy who handed out the crepes from the small window was nice. I'd like to eat again if I live around the Ogikubo area or drop by nearby. One crepe was enough. Next time for lunch. Cash only.

Came attracted by it being French and the cute exterior. Queued for an hour on a weekday lunch. ...but, I feel it's a bit too overhyped... The main dish as pictured had little sauce, got tired of eating it early on, and the side dish doesn't go beyond home-cooked taste... or rather, homemade tastes better. Crepe is neither here nor there... Maybe there's too much fresh cream, the balance is bad. Since there's a queue in front of the shop, passersby peeked at the sign asking 'What kind of shop is this?'. I figured this makes good advertising. If you want quantity it might be good, but for me expecting French = delicacy, it was a complete disappointment. Didn't feel the wait was worth it.
