A great Chinese dumpling restaurant in Mitaka station area. You can choose a lot of variety of flavor gyoza; Nira, Ebi, Hotate, ohba and so on. Ramen is also good and cheap, 550JPY. There must be a queue.
View on GoogleA little confusing because there’s two restaurants called Harpin at the same corner. We choose the original one. These are the typically Japanese taste gyoza, definitely classic Chinese taste-a little lighter flavor-don’t forget to add garlic your dipping sauce. The yaki is good, but definitely get some boiled dumplings. Sweet couple running the restaurant. Will come again!
