Lunch at 「焼肉市場ホルモン館」, within walking distance of Mita Station. I ordered stone-bowl bibimbap, which arrived in a piping-hot stone bowl. I mixed the namul and sweet-spicy meat thoroughly and enjoyed the fragrant crispy rice right to the end. You can adjust the heat with the gochujang on the table, so it also works well for those who like a little spice. Even at lunchtime, it has the hearty feel of a yakiniku restaurant, perfect for recharging for the afternoon. The staff served everything smoothly, and turnover seemed quick even when it was busy. Next time, I'd like to add an assorted horumon platter and cold noodles and really enjoy some yakiniku. Recommended when you want a quick Korean meal in the Shiba area of Minato.

On my way to the restroom, I happened to see the man cooking in the kitchen smoking while preparing food, which made me never want to go back. This place makes me worry about its hygiene.

First off, the old lady's phone manners are awful (I don't know if she understands Japanese) Her husband in the kitchen? Cooking with a cigarette in his mouth Flies and cockroaches show up inside too, so the hygiene is absolutely terrible
