View on GoogleI visited around 7 p.m., and the place was very lively and nearly full. The location is good too, so at this hour I think reserving in advance is the safe bet. The yukhoe had a deeply colored egg yolk and the sauce coated it well, making it satisfying. The liver had sharp edges that showed its freshness, and it went well with the ginger and sesame served alongside. The salad's vegetables were crisp, good as a palate cleanser. However, since it's a popular restaurant, the seats aren't spaced very far apart, and the vibe is more about purely enjoying meat than having a relaxed conversation. People who don't like lively places may find it a bit noisy. The serving speed was consistent, so I could eat without any stress. There are thoughtful spaces for your belongings, but the smell typical of yakiniku restaurants does get on your clothes a bit, so that's the one thing to watch out for!
View on GoogleDelicious salt horumon♡ I've been to the main shop several times, but this was my first visit to the "Hanare"✨️ Unlike smoky, casual yakiniku joints, it has a nicely refined vibe yet you can enjoy it without feeling stiff — a perfect atmosphere😊 First, of course… 🍻Cheers with a highball✨️ The first things we ordered were 🥢Nira-tama 🥢Assorted kimchi First, the nira-tama. Simple is bezt Mix in the egg yolk with the crisp texture of the chives✨️✨️The aroma of sesame oil whets your appetite✨️ Then the assorted kimchi. Not just one-note spicy, but a great balance of umami, sweetness and sourness, and it pairs perfectly with the meat. This alone gets you another✨️highball The best palate cleanser✨️ Next ✨️Hatsu sashi✨️ First, it looks beautiful. A sheen that shows its freshness. Take a bite… Crunch. Crisp. And surprisingly, no off-flavor at all. You enjoy the texture unique to heart without any gaminess, and the more you chew, the more a gentle sweetness spreads. A dish only a restaurant confident in its freshness can serve✨️ And then… ✨️Nikomi✨️ This one's wonderful too. The horumon is carefully simmered until tender and falls apart the moment it hits your mouth. It's tasty with a little ichimi, but it's already a complete flavor as is. Lots of yakiniku places have good nikomi, but this one is quite high level😊 And finally the main event. The horumon starts sizzling on the shichirin✨️ The savory aroma alone makes for one more highball✨️✨️ First up… ✨️Salt horumon✨️ This… is this visit's No.1👏✨️ The fat is just so sweet. Super bouncy texture. Bite down and umami bursts and fills your mouth. And yet it's not heavy at all. The saltiness is spot on, bringing out the most of the ingredient's flavor. If you love horumon, you absolutely need to order this gem. Honestly, it's good enough that I want to come back just to eat this salt horumon✨️ Next… ✨️Hatsumoto✨️ Another cut horumon lovers can't resist. A unique texture somewhere between heart and horumon. Crunch. Chewy. Crisp. Every bite gives a different texture. Light on fat but rich in umami. The more you chew, the better it gets. A shop that serves cuts like this deliciously is truly one you can trust😊 And to finish… ✨️Zabuton✨️ Visibly beautiful marbling. Carefully, so as not to overcook it. Just a quick sear on the surface, and then… Oh… I'm at a loss for words♡ It melts. The fat melts away in your mouth. But the fat isn't cloying. The meat's umami stays, so it's delicious to the very last bite. The strength of lean meat and the sweetness of marbling. A luxurious meat with both✨️ With yakiniku, the grilling really matters too😊 What I felt throughout was just how fresh the ingredients are. The seasoning isn't too strong either, and you can really taste the meat's natural umami, which is a big plus. That's exactly why it pairs so well with highballs. Can't remember how many I had There are lots of yakiniku places in Akasaka, but if you love horumon, this is a shop I'd want you to visit at least once. For a date. For drinks with friends. For a drink after work. I think you'll be satisfied in any situation✨️ What left the biggest impression this time was, of course, the salt horumon. It's genuinely shockingly delicious👏 I'll be back soon to eat this salt horumon again😊 Delicious horumon and delicious drinks. Thank you for a happy time✨️ Lilou and Happy✨️ Thanks for the mea(ㅅ´꒳` )l
View on GoogleI visited 焼肉ホルモン金樹 はなれ. This time I had tongue, harami, sagari, and horumon, and every meat was delicious, making for a very satisfying meal. The tongue in particular had just the right chew and flavor, and the harami and sagari were tender and juicy, perfect with rice or drinks. The horumon was fresh with no odor, something I can recommend to horumon lovers too. The staff's service was polite, so I enjoyed my meal comfortably from start to finish. Being able to use e-cigarettes is also a plus for smokers. It seems to be a popular place and often full, so I recommend reserving in advance. If you're looking for good yakiniku in the Akasaka area, do give it a visit.
