We Are The Farm Akasaka
「WE ARE THE FARM 赤坂」, a 3-minute walk from Akasaka Station and a 4-minute walk from Tameike-Sanno Station, is a vegetable-focused Italian restaurant where you can enjoy morning-harvested vegetables from its own farm. We use seasonal heirloom vegetables, including "kale" and the "world's best tomato," grown with care starting from the soil. We offer dishes that bring out the natural umami and sweetness of vegetables, such as our popular bagna cauda, the "Kale Wild Caesar Salad," seasonal vegetable dishes, hot pot dishes, and meat dishes. What a fantastic place! The design and overall vibe are seriously impressive — you feel it the moment you walk in. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. And the food? Every single dish was stunning. The menu is incredibly versatile – my wife was very happy with the vegan options, and I had the wagyu beef, which was exquisite. I also want to mention that the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The ingredients are fresh, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is top-notch. View on GoogleI took 5 visitors to We Are The Farm and three of them ordered vegetarian dishes. We all really enjoyed our food. There was a lot of cheese on it and in the curry, but we were not disappointed. I got the curry at a 7 out of 10 spice level and it was not very spicy. Personally, I would have liked a bit more spice, but I am not from Japan.
