Fairly average taste. It looks like they needed to get rid of surplus corn: both the salad and the main dish (chicken on fried rice) consisted of corn for a substantial part. The store is clean though, and the staff is very friendly.

I came to Roppongi-itchome on an errand for the first time in a while! I really wanted to go to Ekubo, but as usual there was a queue, so I gave up as expected. In that case, I decided to try somewhere new. It was right in the middle of lunchtime, so everywhere was like “The Legal Advice Office with a Long Queue” (haha). Considering my next appointment, I lost my nerve to avoid being stranded without lunch and chose Tong Tong, which looked like I could get in—a bit of a mistake! I ordered the daily fried rice & ramen set, but the ramen was too oily? As for the fried rice, I could accept the hot-stone style, but the corn? Maybe I should have stuck to my original plan after all...

I had hiyashi chuka. Soy sauce flavor. Neither good nor bad, just classic hiyashi chuka. The gyoza were delicious. The chairs are a bit high and awkward to sit on. With lots of counter seating, it's a place suited to solo customers.

It advertises itself as a fried rice specialist, but it's actually a Chinese restaurant, and an excessively expensive one at that. As for the fried rice itself, the portion is small for the price, it's more like kamameshi or a rice bowl than fried rice, and it doesn't taste good either. The interior isn't relaxing. The restaurants in Ark Hills South Tower are generally full of disappointments.

There was Singapore chicken rice on the menu at this fried rice specialist, so I ordered it while thinking “?”—and it turned out the rice was fried rice. Hmm, I might prefer rice cooked in chicken stock.
