We select only finer cuts of Japanese Black wagyu and prepare them to complement cold soba. Our extra-thick noodles release more of soba's natural aroma with every bite. We even carefully select the cold water used to firm them up, making them smoother to swallow. Please enjoy “soba made by a butcher.”

Amazing Soba cuisine. This place has its unique Soba flavour. You eat like sukiyaki. Meat is supplied by Yazawa meat who is the best Japanese meat supplier. Soba has a flavour and sent of Soba. I go this place pence a week but it is always fresh and found newness. If you visit this restaurant 3 times, you will be addicted. I mean that’s good.
