5 seats only! Herb salt ramen was amazing. Lots of herbs so very unique and Flavour and it just kept getting better and better. You pick up your chopsticks and napkins on the way in and enjoy a quick and delicious lunch!

This is not a place to take your girlfriend for a date. It only has counter seats and service is minimum. The owner chef asks you to pick up your own chop sticks and even drinks. But somehow has a warm feeling. I ate the tan tan men and it was delicious. For ramen aficionados, this a great place. The owner chef is shy and not talkative but very pleasant guy. Worth a try if you want a good bowl of tan tan men inexpensive in Alaska Mitsuke. My ratings could be a bit low but I'd go again.

Best dandan-noodle in the area IMO (Though, very small place with only five or so seats)

A mountain of herbs! Visited at 11:30 on a weekday in April 2026. No wait. However, with only 4 seats inside this compact shop, a line formed soon afterward. Ordered the herb salt ramen (1450 yen). The quantity and variety of herbs easily exceeded my expectations. This goes beyond a topping: a towering mound covers the entire bowl. The base is a clean, light salt ramen, underpinned by the gentle savoriness of chicken chashu. What's interesting is how the herbs piled generously on top change their aromatic character with every bite. Refreshing notes, leafy greenness, and a faint bitterness overlap, making it more an experience of eating herbs than ramen. I've never had a bowl that uses herbs this boldly. It will probably divide opinions sharply, but for those it clicks with, it should really hit home. In a sense, a bowl that's an experience. A place I'd like to visit when the timing is right.
