Best bolognese I’ve ever had and perfect chewy pasta texture. Mind blown. Atmosphere: 10/10 Like previous reviews, menu is quirky and so is decor, but all very interesting to look at and gives a very bohemian eclectic feel. Service: 10/10 All the ladies were so friendly and accommodating to our party of 6. Amazing service. Food: 20/10 We ordered pizza, it was great but not out of this world. Their pastas were a.m.a.z.i.n.g, I came to the restaurant somewhat full and left wanting hungry and wanting more. We got 3 carbonara and 1 bolognese, all exceeding our expectations. Only thing to be aware is food comes out pretty slowly, but this wasn’t an issue for us since expectations were set ahead of ordering and the pastas were so delicious. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a Japanese Italian pasta place.
View on GoogleToranomon Pasta is a quirky-but-wonderful restaurant, with top-notch Italian cuisine. I love the bolognese with the chewy home-made pasta noodles. They have super antipasti at dinner, with a respectable wine list. You can upsize the pasta to an M or L for a little more, at lunch or dinner. Their lunch is always super crowded and a bit hectic, and they come get your payment during your meal (lunch only), probably to keep turnover quick, so be ready for that. The counter seats are not very comfortable. The interior is kind of an eclectic explosion, mixing various "European" influences, but still, I like it.
View on GoogleCame back again to this quirky pasta restaurant. The food is quite good but the reason I bumped it up to five stars is the atmosphere and friendly service. The regular menu has english and google translate can usually deal with daily specials. Can't wait to come back.
View on GoogleOur family enjoyed a great Japanized Italian meal at this neighborhood restaurant last night. It is a cute, local place with nice greenery adorning the front entrance. Service was very nice. They speak limited English but we were able to communicate. Also, the menu is in both Japanese and English. Ever enjoyed their pasta dishes. We ordered several seafood pasta entrees and they were all high quality and well prepared. We highly recommend this place and enjoyed our experience here.
View on GoogleFun, small and quirky italian pasta place with nice deals on Mondays and Tuesdays. You get an appetizer and pasta for about 2100 yen. Staff were super friendly and the menu was also in english (maybe we had special menus). It was a rainy evening so we didn't get to see the patio in all its glory, but it looked like it would be really inviting in summer. My mushroom and bacon cream pasta was rich and tasty. I had the larger portion and it was just the right size for me. The garlic bread was also super light toasted Shokupan bread.
