This is a franchise burger restaurant from California… and one of the best. At least, it was one of my favorites when I used to live in the Bay and LA. The amount of toppings you can put into this bad boy is unparalleled. I love putting grilled pineapple, grilled onions, alfalfa sprouts, spring mix salad, and garlic mayo spread. Both their shoestring fries and sweet potato fries are also fantastic.

Amazing burger spot in Tokyo! The 100% Angus burgers are top-notch, with tons of mix-and-match options to customize your meal. Awesome vibe with great music, and their Coke Zelo is a must-try. Check it out on the menu. Highly recommend!

My partner and I decided to try this Tokyo location of a California chain that I had been to many times. This location, in Tokyo Midtown mall is spacious and has an upscale feel (probably because it is an upscale mall). They have of course their standard burgers, but we decided to go fully customizable. The burgers are very good, my partner called it his new favorite burger in Tokyo. I have a couple of critiques, while the burgers were good, I didn't find the beef to be exceptional (compare to some other high end burger places in the neighborhood), I generally prefer my burgers on the well-done side, however I thought they should provide a choice how well you would like your burger cooked. Service was generally ok, but there was one female who bordered on rude. A couple of times while talking to her she just started walking away to the point I was yelling across the restaurant to tell her what we needed - by Japanese service standards it was pretty egregious. Having said all that, we we will definitely go back because my partner loved it.

This was a nice find. It’s so hard to find a good bowl of chili in Japan so I was happy to find it. The chili was not too bad and the burger was great. The service wasn’t the greatest, because at the time they seemed a bit short handed. They have a system where you order on your phone and I pressed call the staff, but no one came to my aid until I called out to them. They are open late so that was a good point also. If you’re a burger and a chili fan check it out if you’re in the area.

I had a delicious hamburger here — perfectly cooked and full of flavour. It came with a generous serving of sweet potato on the side, which was also really tasty. The vibe was relaxed and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. One big plus: it was open when most restaurants nearby were already closing. So if you’re ever stuck in Roppongi late and looking for a good bite, definitely check this place out!
