We visited teamLab Borderless last Friday, and it wasn't too crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The moment I stepped inside, I was amazed. Every room gave me a real "wow" feeling. Out of all the places I've visited in Tokyo, this has been my favorite experience so far. One of the highlights was drawing our own sea animals and then watching them come to life and swim in the digital world. It was such a unique and interactive experience that made the visit even more memorable. I would definitely visit again because there's so much to explore, and every space feels unique. The only small downside is that selfie sticks aren't allowed, so it's a bit difficult to take lots of photos together. Other than that, everything was incredible and absolutely worth visiting. A must-visit place if you're in Tokyo!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely breathtaking! teamLab Borderless is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. Every room felt like stepping into a living dream where art, light, music, and technology come together in the most magical way. There are no set paths, so every turn reveals a new surprise that leaves you completely in awe. The highlight of our visit was seeing it through our 4-year-old son Joey’s eyes. He was absolutely mesmerized! Watching him run from room to room with pure excitement, laughing, pointing at the moving artwork, and interacting with the exhibits made this an unforgettable family experience. His smile alone made every second worthwhile. The museum is beautifully designed, incredibly immersive, well organized, and suitable for both children and adults. It’s one of those rare places where everyone, regardless of age, becomes filled with wonder. If you’re visiting Tokyo, teamLab Borderless is an absolute must-see. We left inspired, amazed, and already talking about coming back. Thank you for creating such a magical experience and memories our family will treasure forever!

Genuinely breathtaking. We are celebrating our 14th anniversary in Japan and this is one of my favorite places I’ve gone to. I loved the chamomile tea and the visuals that came with it truly enhanced our experience. You could go into the same room five minutes later and have a completely different visual experience than before. I wanted to stay here for hours. During the time we went there was no wait and not a lot of people so I feel like we were able to take it all in the way it is intended.

Absolutely wonderful! Must book tickets in advance as it’s time specific tours. But once you enter there is no specific duration of when to leave, you can stay as long as you want. Take at least 2-3 hours in hand, more if visiting with younger kids. Free locker is available and I will suggest everything to leave in locker except mobile and water to enjoy fully. Place is dark so stay careful all the time. It’s better to download the apps before entering as some rooms are hard to find and visuals change so sometimes it feels like you are in a maze. Order the tea for another artistic illusion. We have been to immersive shows in some other countries and so far it’s been better than others in terms of visual, sound and effects. Loved the cosmic show, lotus room, bubble room, and aquatic room most. Highly recommended.

teamLab Planets is one of the most magical and immersive experiences in Tokyo. You don’t just look at art — you walk through it. The glowing rooms, the water installations, and the huge interactive spaces make you feel like you’re inside a living dream. The atmosphere is calming, surreal, and full of color. Every room feels different, and each one invites you to slow down, breathe, and just enjoy the moment. It’s perfect for photos, but even better for the feeling it gives — like the world is soft and floating around you. The staff are kind and helpful, and the whole place is clean and well‑organized. It’s family‑friendly, date‑friendly, and perfect for anyone who wants a unique experience in Tokyo. A must‑visit if you love art, light, or just want to escape reality for a little while. 🍃✨
