Ordered loaded fries without meat. But they didn’t add the sour cream. After that when I inquire, they added that on top of guacamole. It is not good.

Never eaten at Taco Bell before but from what I've heard from my colleagues was that it tastes just like Taco Bell you'd get in USA, but the difference is that they serve alcohol here. In terms of the service, the person at the till was quite efficient and helped us make our orders. They don't really explain the process so you have to figure out when the buzzer they give you goes, you need to come collect your food. It would be nice if they had better signage since it appears to be largely self service.

If you came to Japan and are eating at Taco Bell…shame on you! Taco Bell sucks any country you go to. Go somewhere else! Even the beer isn’t a full pour.

Great quality food, but so so service. The location of the restaurant allows for nice views while loving your Taco Bell! For those new to Taco Bell Japan, it's far better than its American parents. Enjoy!

The guy working at the counter was kind. The atmosphere was good. The food was okayish. If you are looking for something similar to the states this would be it. I ordered the crunch wrap and it tasted like it does in the states. The chicken quesadilla wasn't as good as the ones in the states. Overall not bad.
