Super happy with this little café, the coffee was great, the alcohol was great, the cheesecake was great, and the pancakes were great! Also, they think a shot of whiskey is a triple shot of whiskey, so if you’d like whiskey, make sure you come here!

Really disappointing experience here. I’ve had great visits at suzu ginza before. That’s actually why I brought some friends who were visiting but honestly, I regret choosing this place. Right from the start, the service felt off. The young male staff didn’t greet us or guide us at all, just kind of stood there. When we ordered, it was pretty frustrating. We had to repeat everything multiple times because he didn’t seem familiar with the menu. Even paying was awkward, since he didn’t seem to know the payment methods (even though they’re literally written right in front of the cashier). What made it worse was that there was zero apology or effort to make things better. Just really poor service overall. Food-wise, it didn’t justify the price at all. The steak was too thick and honestly not enjoyable, definitely not worth what they charge. Overall, not a great experience and I wouldn’t come back to this place.

Came here on our first day in Japan for breakfast. The buffet was laid out nicely and had several choices. Tried a little bit of everything. I would recommend staying away from the scrambled eggs. They were undercooked and cold, but I tried them anyways. Ended up with food poisoning and was very ill. Three days later and I’m finally back on track overall not a bad place and everything else was good.

APRIL 2023 Came here during late lunch hour when it was not busy. Menu is provided and when you are ready to order they have a call button on the table to notify the wait staff. Ordered the matcha pudding as a set with a café latte which comes out slightly cheaper. The matcha pudding sits in a pool of very rich earthy matcha sauce and topped with a scoop of light matcha chantilly cream. The pudding itself was sweet and strong in matcha flavor as well, creamy with a slight graininess. I quite enjoyed the matcha pudding, coffee was decent.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Has everything you need eggs, ham, chicken nuggets, fried potatoes, mackerel, yogurt bar, etc... very reasonably priced and has a mix of regular tables and lounge sofas with tables. Would highly recommend.
