すし通Sushi Tsuu
"Edomae Sushi Sushitsu," tucked away in a quiet back alley of Nishi-Azabu, Tokyo, is a hidden sushi restaurant offering one-of-a-kind Edomae sushi that blends traditional craftsmanship with its own innovations. Though conveniently located with easy access from Roppongi and Hiroo, inside is a refined, modern, high-quality space that lets you forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Our specialty is the "aging" of our toppings, carried out with thorough temperature control and meticulous calculation. More than just fresh, our aged sushi draws out the natural umami and aroma of the seafood to the fullest, delivering surprise and delight with every piece. Furthermore, we finely control the temperature of the rice and the firmness of the nigiri according to the condition of each day's toppings…

Absolutely wonderful night. All sashimi are good and it is a very full meal. The seafood are very fresh and the chef treated them nicely. They might add salt, wasabi (fresh grind), yuzi or lemon skin to enhance the flavors of the seafood. We tried many interesting sashimi that are otherwise rarely seen in Hongkong (like the “grape” shrimp). Definitely recommended It is slightly pricey and u need around 2.5 hour to finish the meal.
View on GoogleIf you’re after that authentic counter-side sushi experience in Tokyo without the terrifying price tag and its easy to book, Sushi Tsu is a total find. The lunch set is the real winner—at around ¥16,000, the value is spot on for the quality you get. The scallop was huge and sweet, and the uni (sea urchin) was incredibly creamy. Chefs are friendly and speaks enough English to explain the catches, so it doesn't feel stiff or intimidating. It’s the perfect spot for a luxury treat that feels posh but stays surprisingly affordable.
View on GoogleGreat Tabelog Top 100 Sushi Omakase. Great drink list too. Top quality sashimi and sushi, great food order, serving a few hot/warm dishea between cold sushi. Have some rare sushi too like Noten (Tuna head meat) and whale tail meat with uni. A total of around 20-22 dishes, be ready for a feast.
View on GoogleAbsolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. Every piece of sushi was perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. The chef’s precision and attention to detail were on another level — each bite melted in the mouth with clean, elegant flavors. The pacing of the courses was spot-on, and the transitions between light and rich bites showed real craftsmanship. Service was warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. An unforgettable omakase that truly captures the essence of Tokyo’s sushi excellence. Worth every yen.
View on GoogleOne of our best food experiences in Japan. We went for the lunch service and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Their attention to detail is just incredible I never had sushi of that kind of quality. Would 120% go again. Reserve your spot online in advance and just go there, you will love it. Also, the 2 chefs spoke a little English, so they could explain.
