Organic chocolate shop with indoor and outdoor seating and a chocolate lab where you can see how the chocolates are made. The cappuccino was good. Their signature cream kiss chocolate was interesting but not something I would buy again at 350 yen + tax a piece. The free chocolate sample was a nice touch though.

Great chocolate, sweets and drinks! Plus every thing used is organic!

■Visited early Sunday afternoon I came for dessert after lunch. I ordered ice cream (chocolate and white chocolate). At 750円, the price is a little high, but each chocolate had a nice flavor and I thought it was delicious. There is terrace seating too, so groups should be fine. However, the indoor tables are cramped, so it might be tough in midsummer.

A lovely sweet that feels like kissing cream💋 It feels like marshmallow melting inside thin chocolate. It is distinctly sweet, and I think it pairs well with coffee or tea. I ordered it for delivery, and it was reassuringly well packed to prevent it from turning upside down. Then afterward, I visited the café. The workshop, shop, and café also have a terrace. Today was warm like spring, so I enjoyed mine on the terrace☕️ 3 kinds of 「クリームキス」 and 「ミニタパス」. The café menu is extensive too, and from the iced menu✨ 「アイスチョコレート」 and 「アイスカフェモカ」. It was stylish and the café menu was delicious too, so I will definitely return. Recommended.

A hidden café in 表参道 『Summerbird ORGANIC(サマーバードオーガニック)』 It is near ニコライバーグマン. The interior is clean and full of that “表参道 feel.” You can buy products or eat in. Incidentally, they even let you bring your bicycle inside (haha). I ordered 「クリームキス」; the name sounds very Valentine's-like. While leisurely sipping coffee, the meringue cream and crisp chocolate on the surface make such a perfect match. The quality makes it easy to understand why ニコライバーグマン apparently raved about the chocolate here after trying it. Incidentally, I have not managed a cream kiss (haha). Well, anyway… the terrace seating would be nice once it gets warmer. I hope we can take off our masks and relax soon。。。
