I rarely write negative reviews, but this visit was truly disappointing. While we were still looking at the menu, we had not even called the server over yet. However, the server came up to us and asked if we had decided what to order. We politely said we needed a little more time. Right after that, the server turned around and started laughing with the chef. That moment made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. The chef and staff came across as cold and unfriendly, and the service lacked basic courtesy. As a foreign customer, I did not feel welcomed or respected, which made the whole dining experience unpleasant. The food was also not what I expected from a Spanish restaurant. The flavors felt far from authentic Spanish cuisine and seemed more like a localized version adapted to Japanese tastes. Of course, this may suit some people, but it was not to my taste, and I personally did not feel the Spanish character I was hoping for. Overall, both the food and the service were disappointing. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this restaurant, especially to foreign customers.
View on GoogleI was genuinely looking forward to enjoying a nice Spanish meal, but my visit to this restaurant turned out to be one of the most humiliating and infuriating dining experiences of my entire life. If you are a foreigner, an expat, or a tourist, do yourself a huge favor and avoid this establishment at all costs. From the very moment I stepped inside, the famed "Spanish hospitality" was nowhere to be found. Instead, the waitstaff made it painfully obvious that non-locals are strictly not welcome here. The instant they realized I was a foreigner, their demeanor shifted to outright hostility. There were no basic greetings or polite gestures—only eye-rolls, exasperated sighs, and a palpable, heavy air of condescension. I was made to feel as though my mere presence in their restaurant was a massive inconvenience. The service itself was abysmally slow and undeniably discriminatory. I sat at my table in absolute disbelief, watching as local patrons who arrived long after me were promptly seated, warmly handed menus, and served their tapas and drinks with wide smiles. Meanwhile, I was treated like an invisible burden. When I politely tried to flag down a waiter to place my order, they either actively looked right through me or shot me annoyed, glaring looks. They practically went out of their way to ignore my table. When someone finally condescended to bring me my food, the plates were practically slammed onto the table without a single word or an ounce of eye contact. The complete lack of basic human decency, let alone professional restaurant etiquette, was genuinely shocking. It is deeply sickening to see a restaurant operate with such undisguised prejudice in this day and age, clearly enforcing a toxic tier system based entirely on your nationality. Good food (if it even is good) can never, ever compensate for being treated like a second-class citizen. No paying customer should be systematically marginalized, mocked, or ignored by the very people employed to provide a service. Save your money, your time, and your dignity. There are countless other authentic Spanish restaurants out there that actually value their customers and treat everyone with respect. This place is an absolute stain on the local dining scene, and they do not deserve a single cent of your hard-earned money.

View on GoogleWe ordered some course menu for a party, and the food was quite nice. Wouldn’t know how the normal menu would taste, but judging from what they served us, it should be quite nice.
