Overall, it was shockingly bad! Long wait! First visit alone on a Friday night. As a Chinese person, I greeted them in Chinese but was ignored, so I switched to Japanese. Despite plenty of seats, I was shown to one by the door… The portions were small, and although I ordered everything together as shown in the photo, the mapo tofu came about 20 minutes after the appetizer. Only afterward did I learn that the evening drinks set didn't include rice. I was shocked by how salty it was when I tried it. I ordered extra rice. But while I waited for the rice without eating the mapo tofu, it still took about 5 minutes. I was getting irritated. There were customers at 4 tables including mine, but when I entered, customers at two tables had nearly finished ordering. I don't know what was happening in the kitchen, but as a service business, it fails. I'd like them to put themselves in their customers' shoes more. Additional comment: From the start, I noticed what felt like different treatment compared with Japanese customers, and the way they saw me off after payment confirmed it. I've experienced a restaurant I'll never visit again.
View on GoogleEntered around 12:10. Ordered the Chinese chicken rice lunch set. But perhaps the chef was cooking alone, because it took ages to arrive; I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. The Chinese chicken rice I ordered is a Hainanese chicken rice set with steamed chicken served on a separate plate rather than over the rice. There are regular and large portions; the attached photo shows the regular. It's quite filling. The presentation is also so beautiful that it's hard to believe it's Chinese food. The steamed chicken was well seasoned and very delicious. Unlike ordinary Hainanese chicken rice, this set comes with plain rice, but that creates a contrast in flavors, and I think it's the right choice because it doesn't become tiresome. The accompanying sauces are chili, soy sauce, and ginger; they aren't very spicy and taste good. The food is delicious enough that I'd give it 5 stars, but I deducted one because of the long wait. I'd like at least the chicken rice, which can be prepared ahead and doesn't need stir-frying, to be served faster.
View on GoogleVisited at lunchtime. For a restaurant serving reasonably priced lunches, there's plenty of space at each seat, so you can eat fairly comfortably. I ordered fried rice from what seemed to be the daily menu, but it took quite a while to arrive. Looking at the other tables, it seemed they were cooking each type of dish in batches, so serving times may vary. Also, the fried rice clearly wasn't mixed properly and the flavor was uneven, so I couldn't really call it delicious. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleMy first visit was for dinner, and I was the only customer. Feeling a little uneasy, I ordered tantanmen! It tasted perfectly good♪ There was 1 female staff member, and I felt that if she put a little more effort into service, sales might improve.

It was convenient to be able to pay with PayPay as well as cash. They seem to offer unlimited drinks in the evening too. Next time I'd like to try the noodles.
