It's a traditional soba store that is located in the center of the Akasaka area. It's busy the nighttime since people start drinking. We ordered a Tempra (Japanese deep-fry) soba and it was really good. The soba is Tokyo-style dark brown soup. They have an English menu but the price written there was old.

A soba shop with a great selection of drinking snacks too Lunch is popular, as expected (My impression is that more people get the lunch set at midday) It might be safer to reserve the private rooms The 2nd floor has a large hall with shared-table-style seating that feels especially Japanese.

About 2〜3 minutes' walk from Akasaka Station, a soba kappo izakaya with a calm atmosphere. I'd known about it for a while, but surprisingly this was my first visit. This time I came with just a table reservation, not a course. The inside is bigger than I expected, with private rooms too, and it seems to have quite a lot of seats. This time I booked a private room. They said private rooms come with a 10% service charge on the bill, but the room had a nicer atmosphere than I imagined, so it almost felt like using a private room was better value? So here's what we ordered this time. ■Bottled beer (880円) ■Unkai bottle (5,060円) ■Shima hokke (1,980円) ■Simmered sea bream head (tai kabuto nitsuke) (1,100円) ■Caesar salad with seasonal vegetables and bacon (990円) ■Ume oroshi soba (1,210円, large +220円) ■Two-color soba (nishoku mori) (990円, large +260円) ■Ten seiro (1,980円, large +220円) Centered on soba, with a full lineup of à la carte dishes too. This time, while enjoying the soba, we ordered various dishes to go with the soba shochu Unkai, and everything was extremely delicious. The ume oroshi soba, perfect for summer, is refreshing, and the ten seiro has classic deliciousness with luxurious tempura. Personally, I really liked the extra-large shima hokke and the thoroughly simmered sea bream head as perfect drinking snacks. Considering the atmosphere and taste, the prices are quite a good deal, and I think it's a very good restaurant even for the Akasaka area. Good for when you just want some soba, and also recommended when you want to enjoy it with drinks.

A soba shop frequented by politicians, especially former Prime Minister Ishiba. Each dish is a bit pricey, but everything is carefully made and delicious. Especially the simmered eggplant (nasu no nibitashi) and the katsuni
