I come here often for lunch when I'm craving a healthy and satisfying meal. The goya champuru (bitter melon, pork, and tofu stir-fry) is one of my favorites- super flavorful and well-balanced. I also highly recommend the negitoro bowl (minced tuna over brown rice); it's fresh light and filling. Another great touch is their infused water station. It's self-serve, all-you-can-drink, and they always have 2 different varieties and tea to choose from.
View on GoogleAlways a good and healthy choice for a lunch in Akasaka. All dished I tried were tasty. For a western guy the portions are sometimes a bit light, but you can get more (brown) rice on request. Very friendly staff. Free naturally flavoured water.
View on GoogleAlternative Japanese cuisine with an healthy option. Serve up classic Japanese dishes using less oil , sugar salt etc, with option of multi grain rice ... Same same but different in term of taste . Love the fruit infused water selection, free to refill at the side. A hole in the wall eatery with limited seats. Probably 15 pax max. Set meal has a main , rice , 2 sides plus pickles. Very average food that has nothing to shout about in Japan context. You go fill up and move out.
View on GoogleDelicious and healthy food. The flavor is on the blander side, but it’s actually very nice for dinner because it’s easy to digest and has very balanced seasoning and no additives. I like the sukiyaki beef option with the natto and radish add on!
