It's in a quiet spot, a little under a 10-minute walk from Omotesando Station toward Nogizaka. I visited for the "Boku no Takaramono-ten" (My Treasures exhibition). The 2nd–3rd floors were closed and only the 1st floor was open, but I got to see lots of precious items, including photos taken by Akiyama-sensei, postcards sent to loved ones, and favorite everyday belongings. The staff were all kind as well, and when I told them things like "I learned about Akiyama-sensei on my trip to Fukushima last year" and "this year I have sensei's flower calendar up in my room," they were really pleased, which made me happy too. Thank you for a heartwarming time.
View on GoogleThe entrance is tucked away in the back, and the inside is compact too, but it has a nice atmosphere. The third floor is a café and library where you can relax and read.
