I had a really good experience overall. The quality was better than expected and everything matched the description. The entire check in process was easy and staff were so nice and caring. We got cooling towels upon arriving since it was super hot outside. The Tokyo Tower is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Its a quiet neighborhood and the closet subway station was a 7 minute walk. The staff was very professional and the price was so good. It felt like a luxury place. I would definitely recommend this to others. The hotel was very clean and confortable. We also experienced and earthquake a 5.9 and the i felt safe in that building. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our time here. It was so nice coming back to a relaxing hotel after a long day out.
View on GoogleThe rooms are on the smaller side (21sqm / 226sq ft), which is worth knowing ahead of time, but they were clean and comfortable, and the beds were great. As an eco-friendly hotel, housekeeping only cleans every other day - a nice touch for anyone conscious about sustainability, and the rooms still felt well maintained throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, just close to the train station and many convenience stores. ||What really made this stay memorable was the service. My mom had an incident while we were out on a tour, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of afterward - it meant a lot to us.||A couple of staff members deserve a special mention. Mr. Kosaka was wonderful - he helped us with everything from the restaurant to the lobby to our luggage, always with a smile (and his hair was always perfect too!). Mr. Makoto at breakfast stood out for his attentiveness - he was incredibly polite, anticipated our needs before we even asked, and even made the effort to learn a few Spanish phrases to connect with us. It’s these small, genuine gestures that really elevate a stay, and his warmth and professionalism made breakfast one of the highlights of our mornings. Mr. Makoto was very professional and attentive. ||Breakfast itself offered a good mix of Western and Japanese dishes, good quality throughout, though it did get a little repetitive by the end of 6 nights. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is classic yet elegant, and everything felt spotless throughout our stay.||Overall, a great stay with truly outstanding service. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleTo us, our room 1208, was the best in the hotel. There are 3 in our family so an extra bed was added to the room, which was large and comfortable. What I liked about room 1208 was it was on the top floor, end of corridor (thus no foot-fall past our door), and furthest from the lifts. The view out was over the city, I believe lower floor rooms on the other side of the hotel do not have city views. There is everything in the room, pyjamas, dressing gowns, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. The staff are great too. Look out for the old bonsai tree in the lobby.
View on GoogleThe hotel was excellent! We were a family of five and we took two rooms. Everything was cozy and clean. Everything is within reach and affordable. The amazing part of the hotel is the incredible staff! They were always welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back
View on GoogleWe had a tripple room for a 5 night stay in Tokyo. We really liked the location as plenty of places to eat, grab coffee etc.. in the local area, not too touristy so lots of choice. The beds were comfy and even though the room was small (bunks and 1 single bed) it was light and airy with a nice view of the local skyline. Well placed for the subway, busses and convenience stores should you need and the hotel common areas are well designed. water stations and reading rooms on all floors and a little library area on the 1st floor. Beds were really comfy and the toiletries were really nice with lots of little nice touches.
