I heard a Hong Kong-style Chinese restaurant had opened near my workplace, so I went for my first lunch there. Since it was during the quasi-emergency measures period, there was only 1 group of customers ahead of me. First, I ordered the 'Negi Chashu Noodles + 3 kinds of homemade dim sum (1,200 yen),' listed at the top of the lunch menu. It's a little pricey for lunch around here, but the noodles in an elegant broth and the piping-hot dim sum left me very satisfied. A place I'd like to visit at night.

I had the Negi Chashu Noodles (with dim sum). They're smooth, slippery Hong Kong noodles. The chewiness is moderate, but they don't have a strong texture, so if I come again I'd like to ask whether I can request them firmer. The soup was a bit lukewarm and lightly seasoned. As someone who loves noodle soups, I didn't feel anything distinctive about it overall... Chopsticks and a soup spoon were never brought, so I used the ones set at the next seat. The staff were pleasant.

Visited on a weekday a little after 12:30. Ordered the seafood yakisoba from the lunch menu. I love yakisoba with thin noodles, so I enjoyed it. The vegetables were vividly colored, the seafood was prepped perfectly, and the flavor wasn't heavy either, a perfect 100 out of 100. I'll drop by again.

The owner-chef, Cai, is from Hong Kong. While serving as sous-chef at Fook Lam Moon in Hong Kong, Cai was sent to Japan as part of the launch staff for Fook Lam Moon Japan and has lived in Japan ever since. After Fook Lam Moon, Cai served in turn as a Chinese cuisine chef at hotels in various places, such as ANA's Karin, and after being chef at several restaurants, had been living in semi-retirement as the private chef of a certain business figure, but the desire to cook their own cuisine grew stronger, and in their mid-50s Cai opened this restaurant. As a fan since two restaurants ago, I went for lunch right away on opening day. The quality, far beyond the price, left me in raptures.
