I know there are endless amounts of ramen to choose from in Tokyo. But this place was definitely my favorite for lunch. If you are in the area, you have to stop in. Don't expect a loud disruptive environment. It was actually one of the most quietest but most relaxing Ramen experiences I've ever had. You sit right up at the bar, have some tea and just watch the Masters work on their craft. I have to make this a stop again when I come back. I miss it so much and I haven't been since October. I am already planning my next trip back to Japan just so I can experience. This is one of the things that I need to show with my friends. You do have to pay up front through a machine and you will get the ticket for your order.

Fantastic ramen in the business district. For those who don’t speak Japanese, please go in, put money in the vending machine, and then press which item you’d like. The top row shows the two types of ramen, and second row is the same but with thick cut noodles, and the rows below are extra toppings and beer. You will get a little ticket printed out, and when you get to the counter give the ticket to the chef who will then make your order. If there is a line, please do this, then write your name in the sign in sheet and wait in the waiting area. Your name will be called when there is space, and you can hand over the ticket then! The ramen is fantastic.

This place is a great shop and so you need to be ready to wait, because everyone else knows it too. I had the special Mabo Men and I couldn’t believe just how good the noodles were. Really looking forward to trying their ramen.

located in the heart of Tokyo, offers a ramen experience that seamlessly blends traditional flavors with modern amenities. The shop’s sleek, minimalist interior creates a serene atmosphere, and a standout feature is the air-conditioned waiting area—a rare and welcome convenience in Tokyo’s ramen scene. The menu, though concise, is meticulously crafted. The special shoyu ramen is a highlight, with its deep, umami-rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles (softer than I thought as default). The chashu pork is a standout, tender and flavorful, practically melting in your mouth. The soft-boiled egg is another highlight, with its creamy, golden yolk adding a rich texture that perfectly complements the dish. Robinson’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the meal, from the high-quality ingredients to the precise cooking techniques. The chefs clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows in the consistently excellent bowls they produce. Service at Robinson is warm and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience even for those not fluent in Japanese. The combination of a modern, comfortable setting with top-notch ramen makes Robinson Ramen a must-visit in Tokyo.

I went here during lunch and there was a wait for 20 min. I ordered the tsukemen and the dip and noodles were really good. The dipping broth was soy sauce based , light and flavorful.
