An Italian restaurant in Minami-Aoyama, established 40 years ago, that I'd always wanted to visit at least once. A young chef has taken over and continues to offer new dishes. ☆Cold caviar spaghetti Apparently, they deliberately use slightly smaller caviar so it mixes easily with the pasta. So moving〜 ☆An early-spring menu featuring plenty of spring vegetables and mountain vegetables. Kogomi, yuki urui, new onions, white asparagus, and kasugodai tartare convey the feeling of spring in Japan. ☆銀の鴨 from Aomori Prefecture Black garlic and apple sauce, with a little black pepper accent. It fully brings out the deliciousness of the duck, moving me once again〜 Everything—the presentation, ingredients, flavors, staff service, and explanations—was absolutely wonderful. The menu changes seasonally, so I definitely want to return. Thank you.
