I order fairly often and have never had a problem. I've tried various items, and they're plenty tasty. Maybe because I'm not too far away, it doesn't take long either. The food is almost too hot to handle when received. I'd be happy if they had combinations of several varieties like pizza shops do, but I'm satisfied enough as it is.
