Located in the Blue Front Shibaura park, Palm Springs Club offers approximately 20 seats with floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall. The seating is folding metal chairs, and light American pop music plays in the background. Ordering is done conveniently via QR code at the table, and staff service was acceptable. I ordered the Great Cheeseburger (about ¥1,300), which came with a handful of unsalted potato wedges. The bun, which is baked in-house, was unfortunately somewhat dry and tasted a little stale. The patty was slightly smaller than the bun and had quite a bit of gristle, though the cheese was well-melted and provided most of the flavor. Other fillings included lettuce at the bottom and some fried onions. Overall, the burger was fine but a bit dry, and it contained more gristle than I prefer. The potato wedges desperately needed salt or condiments, neither of which was provided. A few minor improvements to the food and service (staff could be a little friendlier) would significantly boost the experience.

The best burger we've had in Japan by a longshot, great atmosphere and music, and very attentive staff. Glad we stopped by on our way, made for a delicious (and affordable) lunch! Thanks
