If you are really interested in very traditional, old-fashioned, cozy Izakaya with friendly grandmother host-made Japanese cuisine just for close neighbors, strongly recommend.

High-class popular tachinomi (standing bar). Zuke-yakitori (marinated skewers), the meat is fluffy, the sauce is rich, served with grated garlic, very delicious. The broccoli tuna salad has so much mayonnaise, it's cheating but delicious. The horse mackerel tataki is firm, the green onion and ginger are refreshing, flawless. The beef tendon stew is a dish that lets you thoroughly enjoy the chewy and abundant meat. Fried eggplant stew, this is a first, like a stew of leftover tempura from home cooking. I had one highball and it was 3150 yen. Got in just in time at 18:35 on Tuesday, the 1st floor was packed with about 15 people standing. A social place for elderly gentlemen and ladies in the neighborhood. Maybe because of the area, they are drunk but polite. The menu is also worth choosing from side dishes, meat, and fish. Including the nimble but soft-spoken mama, this is indeed a famous bar.

Dropped by around 19:00 on a weekday. Because I remembered having been there a few times before and it was delicious. The 1st floor is a standing bar with a counter, the 2nd floor has table seats. This time I went to the table seats on the 2nd floor. The standing counter on the 1st floor was almost full with regular customers! Haha It always looks fun, so it's the perfect shop for those who want to drink happily alone. For the menu, I ordered "Maguro Butsu" (tuna chunks) first, but I was surprised because it was beautiful!! And if you come here, I highly recommend these 3 types!!! "Korokke no Moto", "Zuke-yaki Kashira", and "Zuke-yaki Tori"!!! Other menus are also very delicious, but don't miss these menus~~ haha Korokke no Moto is more than you imagine!! And this is very delicious because of the sweetness of the potatoes!! However, if you are alone, the portion is large, so be careful when ordering. Haha And it's no exaggeration to say that people who come to this shop are aiming for this, "Zuke-yaki Kashira" and "Zuke-yaki Tori"!!! It's so delicious that words are not needed, so I don't think you will regret ordering it. Also, there is almost no shop in Shirokane-Takanawa where you can drink this cheaply and cost-effectively!! It's like an old-fashioned popular standing bar atmosphere, so it's sure to be relaxing. ------------------------------- *―Order menu―* ▷Maguro Butsu (600 yen) ▷Korokke no Moto (400 yen) ▷Grilled Shishamo (450 yen) ▷Grilled Atsuage (350 yen) ▷Eel Skewer (330 yen) ▷Pork Kashira Skewer (150 yen) ▷Chicken Thigh Skewer (150 yen) ▷Zuke-yaki Kashira Skewer 2 sticks (400 yen) ▷Zuke-yaki Tori Skewer 2 sticks (400 yen) ▷Red Sausage (150 yen) ▷Other drinks -------------------------------

Standing bar on Gyozanzaka Street? I remember seeing this place around autumn, the door was open and the atmosphere seemed good. I visited around 18:00 on Saturday. The shop, which only has standing counter seats, was almost full. Is there a 2nd floor seat? They made space for me, and I ordered a citric acid sour. For the grill, they said only liver, tongue, heart, and meatballs were left, so I ordered everything with sauce for now. I also added salted shallots while waiting for the grill. The sauce is a common Kanto sauce that is sweet - the one without garlic. It's a yakitori shop, but is the chicken only thigh, meatballs, and wings? Well, I also like pork skewers so it's no problem. There were shallots on the menu, but somehow it looked like shallots... As expected, it seems like it's eaten with miso. The salted skewers I ordered additionally are delicious eaten with sansho pepper rather than the mustard included. It's SB table sansho, but it goes very well with the saltiness here and is delicious, I keep eating it. I only tried it with tongue and heart. It seems better to drink with single dishes than skewers here. It seems mainly used by people in the neighborhood, Since it was full, I thought it wouldn't be good to stay too long, so I drank about 3 glasses and left. I want to stop by again when I'm near here.
