Nicolai Bergmann NOMU
At Nicolai Bergmann Nomu, befitting its original flower cafe concept, you can enjoy a soothing moment in an interior where fresh flowers always bloom beautifully. The traditional Danish open-faced sandwich "smørrebrød" is made with homemade rugbrød baked on-site, with toppings added only after an order is placed, so it is always served freshly prepared. Alongside food such as original salads that change seasonally and Nordic-style baked sweets, we also take care with our drink menu, including barista-made coffee, tea, fresh juices, and limited-time smoothies. Tea time, lunch, coffee…

This is a beautiful cafe integrated into a flower shop by the renowned Danish floral artist, Nicolai Bergmann. When I tried to visit for afternoon tea last time, the line was so long that I couldn't get in. This time, I visited in the late afternoon and managed to secure a seat without any wait! Please note that you place your order at the counter, and the cafe is strictly cashless. The seating options include a terrace, sofas, standard tables, and a counter. I sat at a table that featured an elegant seasonal floral decoration right inside the glass tabletop—it truly allows you to immerse yourself in Nicolai Bergmann’s artistic world. The drinks were beautifully presented and very "visually stunning" I also tried the carrot cake, which had a refined, sophisticated flavor and definitely lived up to its reputation.
View on GoogleCame before opening of 10 am. Ordered Nomu set lunch of Salmon and Beef for my friend. It’s delicious and the ambiance of the place is great with so many decorative plants and colorful flowers. We’ve forgotten it’s still winter outside.
View on GoogleThis is definitely an Instagrammable spot—very aesthetic with all the flowers and greenery. A lot of people want to check it out so expect long lines, especially on weekends. I went for a quick coffee and savory treat. The presentation was lovely—very on-brand with the whole floral theme. The food was okay, nothing mind-blowing, but the vibe was really nice and chill. Worth a visit if you're nearby and into pretty cafes!
View on Google5 stars for environment/ambience, 3.5 stars for food (expensive and not that great). It’s definitely a gorgeous space, with wonderful natural light and tons of flowers, plants, etc. I went quite early on a Saturday, so it wasn’t crowded at all, and I didn’t have to wait. I would say the food is definitely not worth waiting for, but I’d come visit just to admire the flora!! There’s a long table in the middle that you can sit at and sip coffee/do work on, and plenty of smaller tables for individual/couples seating. The flowers in the tables change per season, which is a fun touch :)
View on GoogleAmazing staff. Our waitress spoke excellent English. The cheesecake ice cream was one of the best ice cream I had and the carrot cake was delicious. In addition there are loads of beautiful flowers!
