三田製麺所Mita Seimenjo Mita Honten
Mita Seimenjo is a "tsukemen specialty shop" that opened its first store in Mita, Minato Ward, Tokyo in 2008. On the third floor of the Mita main store there was once a single small noodle-making machine that gave the shop its name, and there, through repeated trial and error, the classic, long-beloved 『rich pork bone and seafood tsukemen』 was born. Now expanded nationwide, as an evangelist for spreading tsukemen, it keeps evolving every day and continues to fill the stomachs and hearts of many people. "Mita Seimenjo" opened its first location in Tokyo's Minato Ward in 2008, specializing in "tsukemen"…

We don’t usually go to chain restaurants — we tend to prefer small, independent spots — but this place totally changed our minds. We came here after watching a YouTube video and were absolutely blown away. As big fans of tsukemen, we had to try the 特濃つけ麺, and it was everything we hoped for: thick, chewy noodles and a deep, rich broth that was packed with flavour. We also ordered the limited-time Hot Egg and Noodles (Rich Butter and Cheese Style), which was next-level comfort food — creamy, umami-rich, and the truffle-style oil added a lovely kick. And don’t skip the karaage — it was hot, crispy, juicy, and just insanely good. For a chain, this place seriously delivers on quality. We left super full and super happy. Will definitely be coming back!
View on GoogleMy girlfriend and I went there quite casually, as we were looking for a place to eat. The menu looked interesting, so despite the restaurant being busy, we tried to go in. Luckily, we found two free seats. We ordered one limited-edition shrimp tsukemen and one classic 'thick' ramen. Both dishes were very tasty, and the soup clung easily to the noodles and was delicious. I would definitely recommend adding the egg as a topping, it was awesome! I would definitely recommend the restaurant and would like to try more dishes on the menu if I visit this area again.
View on GoogleFantastic ramen noodle shop that offers some delicious dipping noodles. They will even upgrade the noodles to large for free! (picture is medium size) With multiple locations, no wonder this place is so popular! Crowd Size: High-ish Payment Method: PASMO
View on GoogleWe ordered 3 types of Tsukemen: Extremely spicy miso, normal miso & rice broth. Sorry, extremely spicy was bad, where the normal miso & rice broth were very salty. We ordered extra meat & eggs and the waiter forgot to send us until we remind him. As for the chicken karage, it was so so. To try? Dilemmatic To return? No
View on GoogleTsukemen restaurant located in the bustling Mita Station area. You can choose from four types of noodle amounts. I usually get sick to my stomach when I eat tsukemen, but the refreshing tsukemen sauce here is gentle on my stomach and I feel good after eating. Of course, there is a heavy flavor for those who like it.
