For those looking for a bar near Mita Station, we provide access information. We're also within strolling distance of Takanawa Gateway Station, the new station that opened in March 2020. As the area is lined with office buildings, many people working nearby stop by after work. We're also within walking distance of residential areas, so on weekends families visit as well. We value communication with our customers and welcome you in a homey atmosphere, like a second home. Thanks to you, many customers have visited since we opened, and we have repeat customers too…

Shiba 4-chome, just a short walk from Tamachi. In this spot with lots of foot traffic, he alone, at a pace as if time had stopped, is silently tossing his frying pan again today. Flattering no one, he serves only food that's true to his own stomach. That "stoicism of a craftsman" hits your nose the moment you open the door. This place has reached a "realm" that merely slick restaurants could never reach. The chef cooks alone, chooses the wine, and handles service too. Honestly, when it's busy, you can't say something as tactless as "hurry up." Because you know that all that waiting time is "preparation" to serve a dish in its best possible state. The moment you smell the steam and aroma of the pasta that comes out, you forget all about the wait. In the end, what's served here is "food with a pulse" itself, the polar opposite of efficiency. This comfort is an "unspoken understanding" shared only by those in the know. Watching the owner fighting on alone, you naturally start to feel "let's not rush him." This atmosphere of almost wordless rapport flowing between owner and customer. Honestly, I kind of don't want to tell anyone there's a place like this in Tamachi. On nights when you want to treat yourself, you get delicious wine and uncompromising food all to yourself. This is the ultimate luxury that adults should arrive at. ■ Conclusion Rarely does a place pursue the simple happiness of "eating delicious food" this far. Packed with the chef's dedication, this place is "Mita's secret hideout": once you know it, other places just won't satisfy you anymore.

Went for a weekday lunch. Unfortunately I couldn't get the roast beef bowl, but the pasta noodles were chewy and super delicious. Next time I'll come earlier and try the roast beef bowl!

The lunch roast beef bowl is 1,000 yen and quite small, so I'd say a large (+100 yen) is about a normal amount. I think takeout is slightly cheaper. Otherwise there are 2 kinds of pasta with a small salad, and if you follow them on Instagram etc., you got one free drink. If they had a set of a casual French plate and dessert at lunch, I'd like to go there with colleagues now and then. It seems the owner runs both lunch and dinner alone, which looks tough, but I'm rooting for them. For a celebration dinner we asked for the chef's omakase at a slightly higher price, and the appetizers, wine-braised cheek, roast beef, and fish carpaccio were all extremely delicious. The wine-braised cheek in particular was outrageously good, and everyone wanted more! Dip the baguette in the sauce to enjoy even more of the flavor! Thank you so much for making everyone's first drink free with the coupon. We shared using small plates, and since we were hungry after work, I'd be happy if the portions were a bit bigger. It was nice that there was chewy fresh beef pasta at the end too. It was a 70th birthday celebration for a wine lover, so we ordered bottles of wine at 8,000 yen and 3,900 yen, but they were poured into everyone's glasses all at once; we wanted to savor them slowly, little by little, and would have liked an explanation of the labels too. Thank you also for the birthday plate. The French food is very delicious, so depending on the concept for the stylish Mita clientele, I think it could become much, much more popular.

Lunchtime-only roast beef bowl (the photo is the small size) The meat is zabuton, so it has a nice texture and is delicious! Plus, the black sesame sauce adds an accent to the aroma and flavor, very good! Next time I want the regular or large size!
