I'm sorry to leave a bad review for this place, since their food is actually pretty good. Unfortunately, my dinner there tonight was the most uncomfortable I've ever had at a restaurant, and the staff was utterly inefficient when it came to dealing with the situation or compensating us for their incompetence. Mid-meal, a very drunk gentleman entered the restaurant, sat way too close to me, although there were plenty available seats, and loudly addressed me, my boyfriend and everyone else in a nonsensical, rude manner for about 20 minutes. Finally, the owner called security. Sadly, what the security guy did was merely ask the man to please show some respect to everyone and left. The staff and owner apologized to us, seeing as I was very visibly uncomfortable and tense. We asked for the rest of our food to be packed for take away and prepared to leave. At this point I assumed that the owner would attempt to compensate us somehow for the horrible experience, but far from that, they gave us our bill, we paid and left. I don't know what else to say. I was really upset, uncomfortable and disappointed with how the staff handled the situation. Unfortunately my Japanese is nowhere close to good enough to voice my complaints to them, so I was just hoping they would do the right thing and prioritize the comfort of 10 customers over the one causing trouble.

A place serving vegetable-based meals. It has a nice atmosphere where you can spend some relaxed time. You can have delicious curry with distinct vegetable flavors or a lavish salad. It does cost a bit,, but I thought the flavor was well worth it. The curry sauce combines the sweetness of vegetables with spices, a flavor I personally love. It isn’t particularly hot, but the spices have a lovely aroma. Each of the accompanying grilled vegetables has a clear flavor of its own, so you can enjoy the variety. It’s easy to come in alone too, so I’d like to drop by outside the lunch rush.

The restaurant is clean but not spacious, and given the prices, the value for money isn’t particularly good, but the food was delicious. Once you start eating the jerk chicken curry, you realize it’s quite a generous amount. Eating plenty of vegetables makes you feel like you’ve earned forgiveness for the day.

I came for lunch. Lunch options are only curry or salad. I had the most basic vegetable curry for ¥980, but there were also versions topped with jerk chicken or venison sausage. Rather than simmering the vegetables, they chop them and “serve them alongside,” and you can clearly feel fine vegetable fibers in the curry sauce, which seems healthy. Perhaps because of the tomato flavor, it’s more acidic than ordinary curry and delicious. The heat is somewhere between mild and medium, just right for enjoying the vegetables. At first I thought ¥980 for just curry at lunch was quite something… (adding meat makes the price jump further. I think chicken was 1280 and venison around 1580), but it was delicious and I’m satisfied that I had a healthy meal! There are counter seats inside, so it’s easy to come alone, but it isn’t suited to showing up in a large group. Takeout available.

I had the “Forbidden Jerk Chicken Curry” for lunch. The “curry sauce” was so richly flavorful that my spoon wouldn’t stop moving. I’m not a big eater, but with flavor this good, I think I could manage the “Mount Fuji rice portion” too.
