I never heard of that kind of ramen before in germany. It was my first time trying it in Japan and it hits right the spot! The noodles weren’t too soft and had quite the perfect texture and level of chewiness. The dipping ramen sauce was not too salty nor too thin. The portion was really big and I couldn’t eat everything. Service was great too. Really quiet which is nice, after walking around the whole day in the bustling city.
View on GoogleIf you need a satisfying bowl in Roppongi even late at night, this is a reliable stop. It’s an easy walk from Roppongi Station, so it works well for a quick solo meal or a casual drop-in after plans. I ordered a rich, piping-hot ramen served in a small pot, topped with plenty of scallions, bamboo shoots, and tender slices of pork. The broth had a deep savory punch with a gentle heat that keeps you coming back for another sip, and the noodles stayed springy to the end. Portions felt just right, and the overall balance was comforting rather than heavy. What I liked most was that it’s not just “open late” in name only. The long opening hours make it genuinely convenient when most places are closed, yet the bowl still feels carefully put together. I’d happily return to try their tsukemen next time.
View on GoogleMe and my bf stumbled upon this ramen spot and it was the best decision of the trip. Their ramen was one of my favorites, if not my favorite, on this trip and I’ve tried several ramen spots. We ordered the Noko Goma TanTan Ramen & added pork and an extra egg. It was so flavorful and had a nice kick to it. Honorable mentions were the cucumber and fried octopus. Wish we found this place sooner!!
View on GoogleThey serve good ramen and tsukemen dishes that are flavorful and unique. Some dishes have fish broth while the others have fish broth. I ordered the ramen with miso-base, which is equally good. Big groups (around 4 could have a private room for themselves, which is appreciated.
View on GoogleAbsolutely delicious Japanese cuisine! 😋 The service is kind, friendly, and fast! I love that the rooms are private! 5/5 stars! Also! You can order in English using the tablet so it is very convenient! A must try if you are visiting Tokyo!
