麺屋こころ浜松町店 is an authentic ramen specialty restaurant in an office district, serving Taiwan mazesoba, soupless noodles, ramen, tsukemen, and more. We maintain our existing prices without increases, offering high-quality noodle dishes at affordable prices. Our signature thick noodles, especially known for their chewy texture, have received praise from many customers. Another welcome feature is that rice can be added free to every ramen menu item. Our recommendation is the generously topped 「全部のせ台湾まぜそば」, which offers a substantial portion and outstanding flavor. We aim to be a place where every customer can drop in casually and thoroughly enjoy themselves, at affordable prices…

Randomly walked past this place near the station and decided to try it. We certainly don’t regret it. We ordered on the vending machine. There are lots of pictures pasted outside to help with our decision. We used Google Translate to take a picture of the machine to make sure we didn’t get it wrong. It’s a small place but at least 10 patrons could be seated at any one time. Some people commented that the service can be a little slow but that’s only because the owner is the only one doing everything and he preps the bowls on receiving the order which makes each bowl sooooo good! The serving size is great and the proportion of ingredients is just rice. You can add your own ginger and vinegar. when you’re done, you can help yourself to one free scoop of rice to soak up the delicious meat sauce even! We’re definitely going back again!

Simple but delicious and satisfying meal~ One-man shop owner/chef/waiter by the young chap! Very hardworking and friendly Delicious Taiwanese style mazesoba was served, took awhile about 8mins as chef had to prepare everything by himself. Mazesoba was warm, hearty, tasted strong of bonito powder & the condiments mixed perfectly! The tender and juicy char siu meat bits were the best! Ended the meal combo with a scoop of rice (free flow self service) to mix in w the remaining sauces. 10/10 left the shop w a satisfied belly :)

Taiwan mazesoba so delicious you get hooked! About a 2-minute walk from 浜松町 Station. The signature Taiwan mazesoba generously combines chewy, extra-thick noodles with mildly spicy Taiwanese minced meat, egg yolk, garlic chives, green onions, and fish powder. One bite fills your mouth with savory flavor and aroma. Adding garlic gives it even more punch, making it irresistible for anyone craving a junk-food feel. Another appeal is changing the flavor partway through with vinegar or seasonings. After finishing the noodles, the free finishing rice lets you enjoy every last bit of the remaining toppings, making it exceptionally satisfying. This place is perfect for lovers of rich flavors or a stamina-boosting lunch or dinner. Its convenient location near the station is another plus.

After getting badly held up at a client's office, I stopped in for dinner later than usual. This neighborhood has plenty of yakitori places, izakayas, and spots that seem to cater to the crowds of 新橋 office workers, but I chose Taiwan mazesoba. It had been a while since I last had Taiwan mazesoba; this is the same chain as the one in 自由が丘. It is handy for an uncomplicated meal completed with a single dish. I add green onions to get some fiber. Having green onions is nice. It is not a place for lingering and relaxing, but suits those times when you want a quick, easy meal. It matched my mood when I wanted something a little more substantial than 富士そば. Afterward, I walked to a nearby public bath to help digest my meal.
