① Restaurant Features A soba restaurant near the Roppongi intersection. The interior is stylish with Western music playing, making it welcoming even for younger customers. The soba is made from 100% buckwheat flour, extruded using a "nudora" machine and then boiled. ② Food Review ◎ Mentaiko Cream Soba Enjoy this dish by stirring mentaiko into the cold soup, which is cream thinned with dashi broth. The mentaiko clings to the soba, making it delicious.
View on GoogleIt’s the best gluten free restaurant in Tokyo. It’s so tough to find a gluten free restaurants here but so lucky that we found this place and we could enjoy the famous soba noodles. And even the tempuras are gluten free as well. If you’re gluten free, def can’t miss out this place, and even if you’re not, you have to try it. 100% you’ll love it. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleThis was the best Soba restaurant I ever had in Japan. Everything was gluten-free, which was great. All their meat was a high quality and the 100% buckwheat Soba was simply amazing. Their dessert was also great. I would recommend the cheesecake and crème brûlée. This is a must visit when you come to Tokyo. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
View on GoogleReally solid udon. We tried the thinnest and thickest with the standard soup, duck soup, tempura soup and the one with grated radish. All of the soups were yummy, with th duck soup being the standout. The soup with tempura bits was served cold, which was interesting! Both sobas were good, the thicker udon had a bite to it, which I reckon some people would love and others might hate. The staff were really friendly too and helped to pick out a sake to complement.
