2024/12/XX (Lunch) I made a point of visiting リベルタ, which serves lunch only Monday–Wednesday. There were few reviews, so I hadn't been able to get an overall picture, but after reading ”Aki227”'s review, I wanted to try the 和食膳 and decided to visit. It feels a little intimidating to enter, but once inside, you're warmly welcomed by the female owner. She showed me to a high-chair seat and carefully explained the menu. Today's menu had two choices: ①the special Japanese meal set ②the weekly chicken curry. I ordered this. ■リベルタ特製和食膳@1,300円(tax included) ※Cash payment only The female owner runs everything alone, but there were no earlier customers, and the meal arrived in just over 5 minutes. There were plenty of dishes, 9 in total. The core of the meal was hijiki rice that had absorbed plenty of umami and Japanese-style cabbage rolls simmered until meltingly tender. There were also senmaizuke, miso soup, kinpira gobo, chilled tofu, ganmodoki with a boiled egg inside?, salad, and chikuwa rolls wrapped around imitation crab and cucumber. Simple dishes, but with a lot of work put into them. You can tell each dish is carefully made with love, and above all, everything was delicious. The service was warm, very humble, and polite. Apparently they now open three days a week, partly out of consideration for physical stamina. The weekly hamburger steak is said to be popular, too, so I'd like to try it if the timing works out. They seem to have been serving lunch for about a year since starting, but it's still a hidden gem, so I really encourage you to try this home-style Japanese meal set, with every individual dish delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The cabbage rolls are delicious. The cabbage is simmered thoroughly enough to cut with chopsticks, so you don't end up with just the cabbage coming off the roll. The carrot dressing for the salad is apparently homemade. The Japanese meal set has a wide variety of dishes and is very satisfying.

It's run by a couple with a warm, gentle, homey manner, and it's soothing. The food is plentiful, gently flavored, and super delicious. I want to eat it every day! A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend.
