I enjoyed this ramen so much that I ate here two days in a row. I had the creamy tonkatsu, and then the spicy tonkatsu. Both were excellent. The spicy variation is not overly spicy. Both had excellent marinated eggs, thin firm noodles, crisp green onions, and super delicious braised pork. The staff is friendly, and they have kiosk ordering which accepts credit and IC cards. AFAIK they have been in business for 40 years which says a lot about the quality of the product. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleIf you are in Tokyo and you just visited the Tokyo Tower, you should try this ramen! It’s excellent in flavour and texture, we went back 3 times in the 3 days we were in Tokyo and tried different permutations of the dish and still loved every bite and mouthful. And did I also mention the people behind the excellent dish take service to another level, although our language exchange was limited we had a great time and even received free origami gift! 😻
View on GoogleIf you have the chance to be in that area or have some free time, I highly recommend trying this restaurant. The umami flavor is amazing, and you won't want to leave any leftovers. Kyushu Jangara is an incredibly umami soup, and Karabon is a spicy soup you can drink to the last drop. The noodles here are also incredibly delicious. If I go to Tokyo again, this will definitely be a restaurant I'll visit again. Everyone has to try it!❤️
View on GoogleI highly recommend this ramen shop. There are a queue at midday (that is a good sign in Tokyo !) but we didn’t wait long. They are super fast. The broth are amazing. I took the hot & spicy one and it was not too spicy, it was perfect. my friend took the Kobonshan, and the garlic oil is so flavorful. The meat is so good and tender. The waiter is super friendly. My friend is allergic to egg fish and peanuts. He gave us a allergy list of all the food. He was super patient and kind. Thank you ! There are vegan options and an English menu. I love the atmosphere of this restaurant. It’s so positive ! But it’s super small so don’t come with a lot of luggages.
View on GoogleSuper flavorful ramen with the perfect noodle texture! I love that I got to pick the noodle texture because I am picky about firm bouncy texture noodles and this place did not disappoint. The broth was creamy, packed with umami that made my taste buds dance around. The charsui was perfectly seasoned and retained its beautiful fall apart texture and flavors even when submerged in the broth! They were super busy around lunch time but the staff were so kind and attentive.
