It's ok, nothing special and it seems the shop is finishing service in December 2018. People are lining as it seems the shop went on TV recently.

These tantan noodles pack a mean punch. Try their shirunashi(brothless) noodles. They come in three levels of spicy, hot, very hot and melt your face off. So, order the number 3 level at your own risk. Beside the hazing level spice, the noodles themselves are packed with delicious flavor and come at a good price. Love it.

Their specialty is brothless tantanmen, but I always eat the white sesame tantanmen at spice level 3. You can choose spice levels 1-3. Level 3 is extremely spicy, so be careful. I've been coming for 7 years, and sadly they're closing on December 20 this year, so please go soon. Only 2 days left. I don't usually give 5 stars, but this is my favorite among the tantanmen shops I like, so this time I'm giving it 5.

Holding its own between the queue-drawing Ramen Jiro and Minatoya. Brothless tantanmen is the specialty. The huge plate, reminiscent of Princess Hachikazuki, is useful for mixing. Delicious noodles with a strong Sichuan pepper kick.

After buying your meal ticket, specify the spice level and portion size. Spice levels start at 1. Level 1 was just right for me. I ordered tantanmen, but instead of minced meat, it had chunky pieces of meat like kakuni. After finishing, I felt like I'd worked up a sweat.
